Casa Abuelita – Penthouse in Santa Catalina
A turnkey project encompassing the complete renovation, interior architecture, and bespoke furnishing of a penthouse located in one of Palma’s most vibrant and sought-after neighbourhoods — Santa Catalina.
The design concept was developed to preserve the soul and charm of the original property while introducing a fresh, contemporary language that reflects both the urban energy of its surroundings and the personal character of the client. Every aspect of the space has been reimagined by the Negre team, from structural interventions to custom-made furniture and final decorative styling.
The result is a light-filled, welcoming home that balances functionality with character, blending timeless materials, soft textures, and carefully considered details.
