A full turnkey renovation project of a traditional townhouse located in the lively and character-filled neighbourhood of Santa Catalina, Palma. This comprehensive transformation included architectural redevelopment, interior architecture, and fully bespoke furniture design — all envisioned and executed by the Negre team.
The project sought to preserve the townhouse’s original charm while introducing a fresh, contemporary aesthetic tailored to modern urban living. The architectural intervention was carefully balanced to respect the building’s heritage while enhancing spatial flow, natural light, and functionality.
Warm, natural materials, handcrafted details, and a soft, neutral palette were selected to create a sense of calm and continuity throughout the home. Custom-designed furniture pieces were integrated seamlessly, reflecting the personality of the client and the lifestyle of the neighbourhood.
